Importing your timetable
Your timetable is the foundation. Shared free time, course feeds and syllabus analysis all depend on it.

Open the Timetable page in RUFREE, pick the term, and upload the file.
Picking the right term matters: RUFREE keeps only the meetings that fall inside that term’s date range. If nothing matches you get “no meetings from this term were found”, which almost always means the wrong term was selected.
-
Review the differences.
If the term already has a timetable, RUFREE shows you what is added, changed or gone before anything is saved.

Save, and choose whether to activate it.
If you do not activate it, the version is archived and you can switch to it later.
Two things to check afterwards
Section titled “Two things to check afterwards”How much fits in one import
Section titled “How much fits in one import”A single version holds at most 5000 events. A normal term is nowhere near that, so hitting the limit usually means the export covered every term instead of one.
Events you add by hand
Section titled “Events you add by hand”Manual events are stored separately from imported classes. Re-importing your timetable does not touch them, and they do not change when you switch versions.
