Groups and shared free time
Groups are for sharing free time with a fixed set of people over time — a project team, a club, a friend group.
| Role | Can do |

| Owner | Everything, including transferring ownership and deleting the group |
| Admin | Invite people, handle join requests, manage members |
| Member | See the free time shared in the group |
Ownership can be transferred to someone else.

Section titled “Two ways to add people”Direct invitation
Section titled “Direct invitation”An owner or admin can invite an existing user. The invitation goes to that person and only takes effect when they accept — nobody is added without agreeing.
Invitations expire, and a pending one can be cancelled.
Invite link
Section titled “Invite link”Generate a link to send out. Whoever opens it sees a preview of the group — its name and members’ avatars and display names — and decides whether to join.

Section titled “What joining exposes”Group members can see events you marked with “Groups” visibility. Events marked Private, Busy or Friends do not become visible because you joined.
Leaving and deleting
Section titled “Leaving and deleting”- A member can leave at any time
- The owner can delete the whole group
Once you leave, your schedule is no longer visible to that group.
