Events and categories
Five categories
Section titled “Five categories”Every event in the calendar is one of these:

Without an explicit category, RUFREE infers one from the source: manual events become “Event”, imported ones become “Class”.

Section titled “Visibility is per event”Each event carries its own visibility, one of four:
| Visibility | What others see |
|---|---|
| Private | Nothing at all; the time does not even show as busy |
| Busy | Just “busy” — no title, no location, no details |
| Friends | Friends can see the details |
| Groups | Members of your groups can see the details |
New events take your account’s default visibility, which you can then change per event. The default lives in settings — see Visibility settings.

Section titled “Editing and deleting”Only manual events can be edited or deleted. Imported classes belong to a timetable version, so changing them means re-importing or switching versions.
